Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If cancellation is not within 48 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged before booking your next appointment. Please do not text to reschedule your appointment, please book online or a $25 fee will be charged for manually booking your appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit is to secure your appointment for your selected time. If you have to reschedule your appointment, for whatever reason, the deposit is forfeited. Please reschedule and cancel all appointments online. A $10 late fee will be enforced for all clients, regardless if you are in the membership program or not, if you are10 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. ILashpark business hours are Tuesday 9am -6 pm, Thursday 9am-6 pm, Friday 9am -5 pm, and Saturday from 9am-3pm. Please do not call or text outside of these days or after 5 pm regarding an appointment. If you have to cancel/and or reschedule an appointment please do so online.
